Looking for an experienced event photographer in Sydney? Look no further! With years of experience covering corporate events for clients such as Cisco Live, Toshiba, Dell EMC, Microsoft, Harcourts, Ray White, and Deloitte to name a few, I understand the importance of capturing every aspect of your event, from registration and brand signage to engaged audiences and keynote speakers. I'll work closely with you to ensure that your event photography brief is covered, and I'll even provide suggestions to enhance your brand.
To get started, simply contact me and I'll send you a briefing document to complete. I'll also request a run sheet of the event to ensure that I capture all the key moments. After the event, I'll provide 30 key images for your social media, and if you need any urgent rolling images, I can provide those as well with prior warning.
THE PROCESS :
Once you have contacted me I will then send you a briefing document for completion.
This will cover most key areas, however I'll always request a run sheet of the event.
I'll arrive to the event around 30 minutes prior to my booking time to meet you to make sure I'm we can discuss any changes on the brief, or special details that need capturing.
I'll get to work and shoot as many shots as i can, capturing the crowd, looking for smiling happy interactions.
I'll keep touching base during the event and make sure that all is on track.
After the event is finished i will provide 30 key images of the day for your socials. If any urgent rolling images of the day are required I can provide these also, with prior warning.
Remaining images will then be provided within 3 working days via a gallery. If images are required earier than then a further fee will be payable.
